bookatonce has developed a web-based PMS (property and guest management system - free of charge in the basic version)
that helps smaller properties to manage their rooms, guests and room availability more efficiently.
Our solution also enables them to be bookable – in real time - via their own web site and 3rd party sites.

bookatonce is looking for some B&Bs or Inns who would like to apply and experience/test our solution and give feedback.
Of course, as such a pilot hotel you would be able to use our modules and additional services free of charge and be granted a VIP treatment.

Maybe there are some B&B owners that still do not use any guest management and booking software.
Or there are some businesses that would like to switch to a better solution?
